John Shovic from USA lost 25 kg from now he is THE IDAHO ATLETIC BOY.
Dr. John Shovic ( Coeur d’Alene Idaho USA ) stayed last year for a period at Curacao and he learned the system from the book by Toonchi - Brenda. There were many good discussions between the author and John. He was so enthousiastic that he started with the system and used his computer knowledge. He used the book mixed in with his own system and he lost 25 kg. The Results The IDAHO ATLETIC BOY.
I now weigh 90 kg. I am down 25 Kilos since the picture above. My Cholesterol is down to 125 from 225. I no longer have a double chin. I have much more energy. My girlfriend likes the results very much. Thank you Toonchi & Brenda!
